The Challenge

Producing a feature film with extremely limited resources and a short timeline. The project was requested by a distributor just a few months before principal photography, requiring rapid writing, planning, and execution.

The Approach

Balancing budget, timeline, and quality through strategic compromises. I focused on finding the right team, ensuring a smooth workflow by keeping key contributors motivated and engaged. Solutions were largely creative and artisanal, maximizing efficiency without sacrificing production value.

The Result

The film was completed and delivered on time, securing international distribution across multiple countries and platforms, including Amazon Prime Video and Tubi. It was dubbed into several languages, expanding its global reach, and won multiple awards at international festivals (14 wins and 8 nominations).
