Case Study: Bloody Trip: The Equinox Killer
& Bloody Trip: Rise of the Dead

The Challenge

Producing two feature films back-to-back with a very limited budget and tight time constraints. The goal was to deliver both projects quickly while maintaining a consistent level of quality, despite the usual indie production limitations.

The Approach

As a producer, my goal was to collaborate with the team on all key aspects of the project. I worked on budgeting, scheduling, and script development while supervising all departments to ensure the process remained efficient and aligned with our creative goals.

To optimize our resources, we developed a single story arc that spanned two films: Bloody Trip: The Equinox Killer and Bloody Trip: Rise of the Dead. Both stories take place within the same 48 to 72 hour timeline, which allowed us to reuse locations, cast, costumes, and crew.

Thanks to a solid pre-production strategy and a committed team, we managed to shoot both films in just 22 days, maintaining strong coordination and creative consistency across both projects.

The Result

The first film, Bloody Trip: The Equinox Killer, was delivered on schedule and released with strong audience response, reaching over 1M views on YouTube in its first week. The sequel, Bloody Trip: Rise of the Dead, has been completed and will be released soon. This project reflects my ability to lead complex productions under pressure, combining strategic planning, creative problem-solving, and hands-on production management.
